Terms of Use and Service
Effective date: [Approved effective date]
1. Who these terms concern
These terms concern the BlazoData website and the service relationships expressly brought within their scope. The contracting party is BlazoData, with a business correspondence address at 808B, DLF Prime Tower, Pocket F, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi 110020, India, referred to here as “we” or “us.” Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@blazodata.com. “You” means the person using the website or, for an agreed engagement, the customer identified in that agreement.
Website information helps you understand the offering and discuss requirements. Accessing a page or sending an inquiry does not place a paid order. The applicable terms and method of agreeing to them must be identified before a paid engagement begins.
2. Website information and service agreements
A paid engagement’s scope, deliverables, responsibilities and commercial particulars are set out in mutually agreed proposals, orders or service agreements. Written documents, including electronic documents, that expressly reference these terms and are accepted by both parties form part of the engagement agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, these terms take priority, except where these terms allow engagement-specific arrangements or both parties expressly agree in writing to amend a specifically identified clause of these terms. Specifying a commercial detail left to the engagement agreement by these terms does not, by itself, amend a standard clause; any other departure requires written agreement expressly identifying the clause being changed.
Descriptions, examples and inquiry conversations are not substitutes for an agreed scope. Availability and access depend on the service offered for the particular engagement. Website access does not itself include a dashboard account, browser API access or permission to use paid services. Service-specific obligations apply only where the relevant service and terms have been agreed.
3. Authority and access responsibilities
If you act for an organization, you must have authority to submit its instructions and enter into the relevant agreement. Participation is subject to applicable legal eligibility requirements and any eligibility conditions expressly stated before agreement. Provide accurate contact and organization information relevant to the engagement, and notify us of changes that affect instructions or access.
Where an account or API credential is provided, use it only within the agreed permissions. Keep credentials confidential and avoid sharing access outside authorized users. Report suspected unauthorized access through the contact in section 1. Changes to authorized users and credential recovery follow the access arrangements agreed for that service.
4. Lawful and acceptable use
Use the website and any agreed service lawfully and within the permissions applicable to the activity. Do not use them for fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, malicious software, infringement or other illicit activity. Do not interfere with systems, misuse another person’s credentials or seek access to information you are not authorized to obtain.
Collection and reuse must respect applicable privacy, intellectual-property and access requirements. A publicly visible page is not unrestricted permission to collect or reuse its contents. Neither a customer request nor access to browser infrastructure supplies rights that a source owner or another person has not granted. Source restrictions and the legal context must be assessed for the proposed work.
5. Customer material and collection instructions
Provide source addresses, requested fields and other instructions that accurately describe the work you seek. Identify relevant permissions, restrictions and personal-information concerns before collection begins. Supply only material you are entitled to provide, and avoid sending passwords or authentication tokens through general email or chat. Necessary authenticated access requires a separately agreed method.
Your rights in supplied material are distinct from rights in third-party source content. Agreement on a collection task does not settle every source license, notice duty or downstream-use restriction. The engagement should identify each party’s responsibilities for these matters, including any review needed before work proceeds. Do not assume that delivery removes restrictions attached to the underlying information.
6. Proposals and scope changes
For an AI-assisted managed request, requirements are discussed by email or chat and a proposal sets out cost and timeline for customer approval before development. A shared dashboard, where provided, supports status, proposal review and delivery tracking; it does not replace the agreed communication channels.
Review the proposed sources, fields, delivery requirements and assumptions before approval. Changes to an approved request, including new sources or revised delivery requirements, need a recorded agreement on the resulting scope, cost and timing before the changed work begins. The engagement identifies the authorized approvers and approval method. An AI-generated proposal is subject to that review, not automatic authorization to spend or start work.
7. Delivery and technical limitations
Collection depends on source availability, access conditions and the requirements agreed for the task. Source changes, incomplete material or technical restrictions can affect results and timing. AI-assisted work can contain errors and requires review appropriate to the intended use. Failed AI-scraper targets in the assisted managed workflow escalate to the manual team; that escalation does not guarantee successful collection of every target.
For a separately agreed hosted browser service, developers remain responsible for their own application logic and instructions. Browser infrastructure access is not the same as an agreement for managed dataset delivery. Coverage, validation, maintenance, support and any service-level commitments are those specifically agreed for the engagement; no universal accuracy, coverage or uptime guarantee follows from a website description.
8. Charges, cancellation and end-of-service arrangements
Prices, payment dates, billing methods, taxes, refunds and cancellation conditions are set out in the separately agreed commercial terms. Confirm those terms before approving paid work. An inquiry alone does not create a charge, subscription or renewal commitment.
Changes or cancellation of an engagement are handled under its agreed provisions and applicable law. Those provisions also govern outstanding work, final billing and any delivery or return arrangements when the engagement ends. Contact us using the agreed engagement channel if you need to discuss a billing issue or cancellation; the outcome depends on the applicable agreement and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property and delivered data
Ownership, licenses and permitted uses of customer inputs, delivered datasets, custom work and platform materials are specified in the relevant agreement and applicable source licenses. Access to a service or receipt of a dataset should not be treated as an assignment of all associated rights.
BlazoData platform materials and third-party materials can carry different rights from the deliverables commissioned for an engagement. Any permission to use, modify, redistribute or resell material must come from the applicable rights holder or agreement. The engagement should distinguish these categories so that delivery and intended downstream use remain within the agreed permissions.
10. Confidentiality and personal information
Confidentiality obligations, permitted disclosures and the treatment of customer material follow the applicable agreement. Personal-information handling for website communications and service activities is described in [Approved Privacy Policy destination and applicable service notices]. Review the notice relevant to the activity before supplying personal information.
Where processing on a customer’s behalf requires a data processing agreement, that agreement sets out the applicable roles, instructions and handling responsibilities. These terms are not a substitute for it. The parties should address required data protection arrangements before the relevant processing begins.
11. Restrictions, suspension and termination
Any restriction, suspension or termination must follow [Approved grounds and procedures, including notice, any opportunity to remedy, urgent-action exceptions and review/contact route]. Service-specific agreements govern their applicable termination rights and the consequences for ongoing work, account access and delivered material.
Legal requirements and rights that cannot be excluded continue to apply. Data access, return or deletion on termination must be addressed under the relevant agreement and applicable data protection obligations, rather than assumed from account closure alone.
12. Legal rights, disputes and changes
Any warranties, disclaimers and allocation or limitation of liability are governed by [Approved website provisions and applicable service-agreement provisions]. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
Governing law, dispute handling and any competent forum are specified in [Approved law and dispute provisions]. Questions or concerns can be raised through the contact in section 1, without restricting any statutory complaint or remedy.
The effective date identifies the applicable version. Updates follow [Approved notice, effective-version and acceptance procedure]. A website update does not by itself amend an existing paid agreement; changes to that agreement follow its agreed process and applicable law.
